“Finding Bally was a very happy accident as I had no intention or thought of working with a life coach but now I have met her, I feel very lucky to have done so!
I met Bally in my work office and we spent about 15-20 mins chatting about what she did where I felt an almost instant connection between us, so I decided to reach out and book a fact finding deep dive session!
Having tried therapy before, I was skeptical about how this would differ from that, however within the first few minutes of our session, I found it to be a completely different experience! Working with a life coach is like having a PT for your mind, where we looked at shaping and rewiring my thinking through personalised tools and activities. The sessions/activities never felt generic and felt extremely tailored to me and my personality as Bally took the time to understand what makes me operate! This meant that session by session I could see big changes through these tools that Bally had provided me.
I can happily say (which hopefully Bally can attest to!) that I have come on leaps and bounds since we first met where her constant support has helped me become a different person with a much more improved mindset!

"Constantly sad, constantly miserable, I knew who to talk to about these mind vicious problems. By having sessions with Bally and opening up about what was going on in my mind, I have been feeling nothing but relieved, energised and disciplined. I was given meditation techniques, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Journaling and using tools given, I have become more positive within myself, which has had a knock on effect on other areas of my life. It was a struggle getting into these good habits. However, after reading recommendations of books she had given me, it became a habit of mine to read every night. Instantly I saw a difference within myself. I used to go out every single weekend as an escape but the last few months I have been using my time to invest in myself. I am truly thankful for how much Bally has helped me. I have gained confidence, another thing I was struggling with. Bally is great at understanding any situation and any human. Together we mapped out a plan on how I could become better version of myself. It has been a huge achievement!!
