OUR BELIEFS ON MEDITATION
So many of us have a preconceived notion that meditation is best performed in stillness clearing our mind of any thoughts. To add to this, we are made to believe that we need to be sat in a state of bliss for long periods of time. It is no wonder that many of us leading busy lives opt out of it. I was one of those people until I discovered The 6-phase. This method distils outdated protocols that are simply not designed for our fast-paced technological world. Scientific research has shown the effects of meditation, and how our brain waves can be hacked for optimal performance. Would it surprise you to know, that some of the worlds peak performers have adopted this method into their daily routines?
THE CHANGE IN ME
Being slightly sceptical at first, I decided to put it into practice. Within 6 months it had proven to be a powerful tool giving me incredible results. I have a much better understanding on the law of imagination and visualisation, helping to bring my desires into existence. My perception of the world has now shifted on a cellular level, creating the outcomes I need.
WHAT IS MEDITATION?
To put it simply, meditation is a way of accessing an altered state of consciousness. This is done by tapping into the alpha restful state of wakeful relaxation, associated with increased brain wave activity. Regular practice has been proven to shift your emotional state, levels of wellbeing and reality.
THE 6-PHASE MEDITATION
This practice allows you to hack into 6 areas of your life mastering your awareness on the present and future. Each human need has been designed to help you focus on healing, the way you think, your performance, growth and the way you show up in the world. All it takes is 20 minutes focusing your attention on the 6 areas.
1. Compassion - Feeling of being loved and loving others.
2. Gratitude – Feeling grateful increasing levels of happiness.
3. Forgiveness – Allowing the feeling of freedom from all negative charges.
4. Envisioning the future – Visualising the future you desire.
5. Your perfect day – Self-determination, declaration and positive intention for your future self.
6. The blessing – Feeling supported by a higher power or calling upon your own inner strength.
All future experiences start from our mind first, we become what we think about. All new possibilities and successes can only be created by you, this is a place where there are no limitations. Every great leader, visionary, role model and athlete visualise their future before taking action. The technique is to create a mental image in a controllable environment slowly adding in your senses. Just like watching your favourite movie play on screen in full colour.
